There are only good things to be said about this Law Firm, Attorney Brian Smith and Attorney John Sivinski. I was blindsided by separation at my former employment and then denied unemployment benefits as well. In addition to the denial of benefits, I also lost two rounds of appeals. Before my third appeal, which involved a phone hearing, I was very fortunate to find this Law Firm. They were meticulous and extremely experienced in helping to turn the situation around.

My case was a 3rd OVI in ten years time, I called Brian because I was recommended by a friend. At the time of my ovi I didn’t have much money to start with but Brian was not worried about it he still took on my case on my word that he would be payed. I needed the case stretched out so I could get my probationary period over and with ease he filed the motions needed to make that happen. The State could have also taken my new truck that I just purchased this past summer but Brian was able to work with the prosecutor and Judge to keep my truck. The big thing was getting the Judge to not send me to jail and let me serve my mandatory 30 days in a rehab facility instead of jail where I’d lose my job. In the end I get to keep my job, my truck. This happened because of his knowledge and professionalism of the law! Brian puts his heart into his work and really cares to make his clients happy.
