Mr. Ready completed his undergraduate education at John Carroll University, where he also played collegiate rugby for their national championship qualifying team. After completing his double major, in Computer Science and Political Science, he worked as a software developer for years, coding apps and writing software code for technology startups, government agencies, and Fortune 500 companies.
Mr. Ready then attended law school at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law (now Cleveland State University Law School) where he discovered his true passion for criminal law. He also gained insight into the importance of skillful negotiation and collaboration with opposing parties while working in divorce and custody law during and after his legal education. Throughout his legal education, he won six nationally recognized awards for his academic performance.
